아동 안전 표준
니누고는 아동의 안전을 최우선으로 합니다. 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)와 관련된 모든 콘텐츠·행위에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.
1. 무관용 원칙
- 니누고는 아동 성착취물(CSAM)의 업로드·공유·저장·전송·요청·홍보 또는 이에 대한 링크 제공을 금지합니다.
- 아동을 성적으로 대상화·착취·학대하는 콘텐츠, 행위, 유인(그루밍) 시도를 전면 금지합니다(이용약관).
- 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
2. 연령 정책
- 이용자는 가입 시 만 15세 이상임을 확인하여야 하며, 운영자는 필요 시 연령 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다. 만 15세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다.
3. 신고 및 차단 기능
- 앱 내에서 모든 사용자와 메시지를 신고하고 차단할 수 있습니다.
- 신고된 콘텐츠·사용자는 검토 대상이 되며, 차단 시 상호 노출·연락이 차단됩니다.
4. 신고 처리 및 통보
- 접수된 신고는 가능한 한 신속하게 검토하며, 위반이 확인된 경우 콘텐츠 삭제, 이용 제한 또는 계정 정지 등의 조치를 취합니다.
- 아동 성착취가 의심되는 경우 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 및 전문기관에 통보·협조합니다.
5. 법규 준수
- 대한민국 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법규를 준수합니다.
- 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 및 아동 보호 기관과 협력하며, 필요한 경우 NCMEC 등 관련 기관에 신고 또는 협조할 수 있습니다.

Child Safety Standards
ninugo prioritizes child safety and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and conduct.
Zero tolerance
Uploading, sharing, storing, transmitting, soliciting, promoting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is prohibited. Content, conduct, or grooming that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited under our Terms. Confirmed violations are removed immediately and accounts are permanently banned.
Age policy
Users must confirm they are aged 15 or over at sign-up; we may request age verification. Under-15s may not register.
In-app reporting & blocking
Users can report and block any user or message in the app. Reports are reviewed and acted upon.
Handling & escalation
Reports are reviewed as promptly as possible. We remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts as necessary, and report suspected CSAE to law enforcement and relevant authorities as required by law.
Compliance
We comply with applicable laws, including the Republic of Korea Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses. We cooperate with law-enforcement agencies and child-protection organizations and may report or provide information to NCMEC or other relevant authorities when required by law.
